        Responsible for coordination of University and College initiatives designed to increase student retention and degree completion, such as Orientation & Transition Programs, the ESL and SMART Centers, Supplemental Instruction, the NEST, and Dual Enrollment.

          Responsible for oversight regarding the development, implementation, and execution of the college's five-year strategic plan. Works with each each college unit on collaborative opportunities to advance the strategic goals of the college.

            Responsible for coordinating events and meetings for the Dean’s office, making purchases for the office and ensuring compliance with KSU processes.  Creates reports, manages inventories, and completes special projects as required.

              Assistant Dean

              Responsible for oversight of college operational and distance education initiatives. Serves as the primary administrator for academic scheduling and classroom optimization. Develops reports for risk management, fiscal expenditures, college governance documents, and contributes to the college’s annual reports. Provides professional learning opportunities, coordinates elections for all college committees, and assists in new program development.
