    Office Manager 

    Responsible for the daily operations of the Dean's office, development of policies, and administrative support for the Dean. Supervises student assistants and serves as administrative liaison between Dean's office and the departments within the college.

      Communication & Marketing Director

      Responsible for oversight regarding the marketing, branding, and the development, implementation, and execution of the college's strategic communication and marketing plans. Provides oversight of website design and development. Works with each academic department, the Center for Student Leadership, the Advising Office for New, Exploratory, and Students in Transition (the NEST), Orientation and Transition Programs, and Honors College to advance University College.

        Interim Associate Dean

        Responsible for coordination of University and College initiatives designed to increase student retention and degree completion, such as Orientation & Transition Programs, the ESL and SMART Centers, Supplemental Instruction, the NEST, and Thrive.

          Director of Strategic Initiatives

          Responsible for oversight regarding the development, implementation, and execution of the college's five-year strategic plan. Works with each academic department and the Center for Student Leadership, the Advising Office for New, Exploratory, and Students in Transition (the NEST), and Orientation and Transition Programs on collaborative opportunities to advance the strategic goals of the college.

          • Deborah Mixson-Brookshire

            Assistant Dean

            Responsible for oversight of college operational and distance education initiatives. Serves as the primary administrator for academic scheduling and classroom optimization. Develops reports for risk management, fiscal expenditures, college governance documents, and contributes to the college’s annual reports. Provides professional learning opportunities, coordinates elections for all college committees, and assist in new program development.

              Responsible for ensuring Business Services’ processes and procedures are followed within the college, each academic department, the Center for Student Leadership, the Advising Office for New, Exploratory, and Students in Transition (the NEST), and Orientation and Transition Programs.

                Interim Dean

                Responsible for oversight of all college responsibilities including strategic planning, budgeting, new and existing degree programs, global education, personnel and assessment for the College.
