How KSU identifies students: KSU ID Number and NetID
You have two identifiers; your KSU ID Number a nine digit number that usually begins with 000, and your NetID (usually your first initial and all or part of your last name, often with a number).
How KSU communicates with students: Email and Phone
Official communication will typically be sent to your KSU-assigned student email address, which is your NetID followed by @students.kennesaw.edu.
Access your email at ksumail.kennesaw.edu.
You may also receive phone calls or text messages at the phone number you provided on your KSU application. You can update your phone number and other personal/contact information in your Owl Express account.
Student Records: Owl Express
Owl Express is a like a portal for your student records and much more. This portal includes the sign up for Ignition: New Student Orientation, class registration, grades, and tracking your progress toward earning your degree.
Use your NetID to login to Owl Express from www.kennesaw.edu/myksu.
