Thrive First-Year Housing

Housing

Thrive students will have the option of living together in the first-year Thrive Living Learning Community (LLC). Housed on the 5th floor of the University Village 1000 building, the thirty-three spots for Thrive students are housed in either 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom OR 4-bedroom / 4-bathroom premium apartments (10-month contract, with all applicable housing fees) and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Study sessions, built in study partners, and social connections will all benefit the Thrive LLC students.

Students will need to fill out the KSU Housing Application, which opened to accepted KSU students on December 2, 2019.  Students will need to  indicate their preference to be housed in the Thrive Living Learning Community.  The priority deadline for Living Learning Communities is March 2, 2020.  A waitlist will be started after March 2.

Once a student completes their housing application and indicates the Thrive LLC as the top choice, the Thrive staff will confirm if the student has been accepted into the Thrive program.  These two steps have to be taken before a student will be given access to Thrive housing.
